Returns
 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The Emergency CORE Bag is unused

• All items are unopened and in original condition

• The bag is returned in its original packaging
   

Due to the nature of medical and first aid equipment, used or opened items cannot be returned unless faulty.
 

Faulty or Damaged Items
 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
 

Refunds
 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
 

Return Shipping
 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
